Problem to create Tholds "A DB Row Failed"

Hi!

I have a simple cacti installation, runing over years and is now on Cacti Version 1.2.4. These runs fine. The thold plugin was enabled in the past, but not used. Now I try to create a thold and it's not possible. If I try to create a new Thold I can select e.g as Type "not templated" but then I can't select a device. Parallel I can see these error in the cacti.log:

What can I do, to fix these error? I have no idea and don't find something in the forum.
As Info, System is a CentOS Linux 6.10.

Then that would be a bug and should be reported on that github repo.
