Timezone Error Web and CLI different value

Post by jtlai2019 »

Hi,

I am new to Cacti.

I just installed Cacti v1.2.4 onto the Fedora Linux 30.
There is an error during Pre-Installation Check.
It mentioned error in the timezone at PHP Recommendation Web, it appeared empty.

There is no error on the PHP Recommendation CLI.

I did a check running phpinfo() on web browser, the timezone is empty or set to UTC.
The configuration path shown in phpinfo() is /etc/php.ini and we had set the date.timezone="Asia/Singapore" in the file.
. Same timezone also setup in mysql. We did a restart in apache httpd each change.
Also did a check running "find / -name php.ini" and only at location /etc/php.ini

But it still shows error and unable to proceed.
I am running out of idea, any idea how to resolve this?

Thank you for any advice

From the screen shot (I really hate PDFs attachments btw), you are using PHP-FPM for PHP. You will need to restart that for it to pick up changes, not apache.
