Cannot see "Send a test email" in Setting page

Dear everyone,

Please help me in this case.

I follow some guideline on Internet to setting up Email notification, but I cannot see "Send a test email" function in Configuration -> Setting -> Mail/DNS.

Help to review my attachment and help to check.

Much appreciate if I can receive any support/help from anyone.

i use to have the same problem once but it was a mix between personal modifications to the "main.ccs" file of the modern theme and the lack of purge of the web explorer cache after an update.

As you can see highligted in your image the option is there but the web explorer does'nt show it as it should:

You should include the cacti version in any help request
