Hi Forums,
We are need help. I have a graphic of traffic for a sub-interface in Cacti (device Cisco Router 1941 in access level - on the premises of the client). When outbound traffic pass 20M, the graphics goes -nan, but inbound is OK.
We performed some tests:
1. Created a new graphic from trunk interface (physical interface) on previo device (distribution level), this interfaces reach around 150M of traffic of outbound, but graphs is OK, no show any gap.
2. Create a new graphic from trunk interface (physical interface) in same device Cisco Router 1941 in access level - on the premises of the client, this interfaces reach around 150M of traffic of outbound, but graphs is OK, no show any gap.
3. Delete previous graph and create a new graph using the sub-interface and GAP occur.
Do you have idea if exist some limits or bug to create traffic's graphs on sub-interface? How can I fix this?
Regards,
MD

Check what the maximum value is allowed for the RRA by either using the Data Source Debug/Info options when you edit the data source. Alternatively, use the "rrdtool info" against the rra and look for the ds[datasource name].max to see if you exceed it
