Cacti Server v1.2.2 Post Installation Error on Windows

I try to install fresh Cacti v1.2.2 in Windows OS, installation went successful but the post installation steps struck in PHP - Module support.

Can you please help on fixing the issue.

This would suggest that it had a problem attempting to run the cli_check.php in the install/ folder. If you run that manually with the modules keyword, what does it return?
