How to reposition overlapping links in GUI

Post by ChangeezKhan »

How can I drag arrows after adding links between two nodes. My basic concern is to know how to make multiple links visible in weathermap GUI which are overlapping

You can't drag them, but to make links bend, you use the VIA feature. You can add one VIA to a link with the editor. For more than one you need to manually edit the config file. A VIA is a point that the link arrow will pass through between the two nodes. It will bend to do that, either as a smooth curve (default) or angled corner (set with VIASTYLE).

An alternative is to adjust where the links start and end - this isn't available in the editor, but you can make links start and end from the top or bottom (or any other point) on a node, instead of the centre.
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)
