Getting error while installing cacti 1.138

Error reading MySQL install location

i tried below.

1. Re-installing the product after complete uninstallation.
2. Tried removing all the files from ProgramData\MySQL* and removing all related registry files from regedit and rebooting the server after complete un-install and removing all required files.
3. Tried searching in forum but only suggestion i found is point 2.

Please help me, attaching here the install.log.
