Network Weather Map Plugin Supported for Cacti 1.1.38 ??

Hi,

I have just installed Cacti 1.1.38. Now I want to install Network Weather Map plugin on it.
Can someone please guide me if it is supported on Cacti 1.1.38 ???
Please also guide me for its installation.
My Cacti 1.1.38 have: Poller-cmd.php, PHP Version: 7.0.30-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

No, it is not supported for Cacti 1.x (yet).
