How to change language Cacti ???

Hello,

I downloaded this ISO http://i0d.16mb.com/ISO/CactiEZ-10.1-x86_64.iso but it is in Chinese_language!!. How can I do to change it to English??. After I used CactiEZ, but now the web dosen't work anymore..

you could alter it in the database

`cacti`.`settings`, 'i18n_default_language', 'en-US'

but if the web interface is broken that won´t fix that part.
