error opening /usr/share/cacti/rra IP No such file or dir

I am having an issue with graphs displaying and I think it maybe a permission issue but, I am not sure? The graph boxes come up and say:

error opening /usr/share/cacti/rra/IP Address/
No such file or directory

This is a clean install of cacti on RHEL 7.5 with spine installed.

I resolved the issue. Changed the permission on the rra folder and I did not have the spine.conf file configured.
