Gap in all graph

Post by shivadutech »

Hello Experts,

It has been noticed that there is a gap in all the graphs for few hours, i suppose cacti does not collect data for that particular time, These occurs only once in a month or a quarter.

Is there any per-conditional maintenance period out of the box in cacti which stops collecting the data or plotting graph for that period.

No, it is likely that the reason for the gap is either a connectiivity issue or a bottleneck with CPU/Disk read/write speeds.

You should check the Cacti logs for that time period, it will give you a pretty good indication of what is going on.
