Seeking for assistance RE: Unknown RRDtool Error

Hi to All,

Greetings. This will be my 1st post here in Cacti Forums. I will write down my environment below and hopefully to solve my issue..

> Cacti 1.1.38 installed in Hyper-V / Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
> Xampp used for Apache + MySQL
> Added my Firewall and Switch under Devices, snmp is working and other related info.
> I am able to compile Spine 1.1.38.tar via Cygwin64 Terminal by following a guide though the internet
> I have a lot of trouble for compiling rrdtool 1.7.0.tar trying out my luck but I ended up fail
> I tried to use rrdtool 1.4.5 compiled by BSOD2600 (Thanks to you Sir) and changed the respective RRDtool Version on Cacti but I still have an error

I am attaching the screenshot of my error, and other details. In case I missed out something, I will add more.
Honest beginner and no idea on other things to do.

It is telling you what the error is, and telling you how to fix it. Goto Settings and set the RRDTool version to be the same as what is installed.

I tried to use rrdtool 1.4.5 compiled by BSOD2600 (Thanks to you Sir) and changed the respective RRDtool Version on Cacti but I still have an error

If you have set the rrdtool to 1.4.x in cacti and you are still seeing this error, then it would suggest that the output from rrdtool isn't letting cacti know the correct version. Make sure you are definitely running the right one since you have been trying multiple ones.
