Errors installed cacti 1.138

Hi,

Installing cacti on a windows 2012 machine and I'm receiving error messages when attempting to connect to the webpage, I can verify that PHP appears to be working as I have created a basic php webpage and is working

I have installed the following
PHP
SQL 5.7
Webserver is running IIS 8.0

When I browse the http://localhost/cacti
I received several error messages as the file attached which looks to be sql errors

Any ideas what could be the issue ?
