Question: Upgrading Cacti from 0.8.8h to latest 1.1.37

Dear Gentlemen,

Can I upgrade my Cacti directly from current 0.8.8h to the latest 1.1.37 without any issues?

Or I should follow certain approach for such major upgrade?
