Send Test Email Link broken?

I just installed 1.1.37 and in Settings - Mail/Reporting/DNS I believe I have a broken link to the send test email. The header displays as such:
"Emailing Options<div id="emailtest" class="emailtest">Send a Test Email</div>" I've attached a screenshot.
Here's what I've got running
CentOS 7.4.1708
Cacti 1.1.37
Spine 1.1.37
PHP 7.0.29

Not sure if this is a bug or something else. I appreciate any assistance.

It's a known issue. A hotfix will likely be produced for this over the next week or two with a number of fixes for 1.1.37

For anyone else that would like this to work now, you can visit the following link and replace 3 files that are linked in the thread:

I can now use the Send a Test Email button.
