Users in Cacti, while using built in authenication, are stored in user_auth table in the cacti mysql database.

You should be using the User Manager to edit/add/delete users. You would have to change the password of the guest user to be able to login. But typically, you do not login as the guest, the guest accounts permissions are used if a users is not logged in and guest access to graphs are enabled, then viewing graph_view.php will be as guest.

So to use the guest account, point your browser to graph_view.php and if you are not logged in, (hint, log off cacti), you will be viewing graphs as a guest.
