Upgrading the Cactii

Hi,

I am new to the world of Cactii.

Currently my company is using Cactii v 0.8.8h which seems to be old , i need to update the version to the latest 1.34 and test some features. can some one explain me the steps to update the cactii , please explain step by step or share the link for that
