Are you talking about the interface in/out statistics?

Hi netniV

Yes, I need to collect the daily average bandwidth usage (interface in/out statistics) for the Number of Intra network links having Bandwidth utilisation >90% during peak hours (TCBH) for multiple interfaces on a monthly and quarterly basis

i can do that manually every day, but that would be tedious.

if i can automatically do that via a script which i could run every month and every quarter and export the data to csv, that would be great.

the activities would be
1) specify interfaces that the data needs to be collected from
2) export the data to a file.

Regards.

Steps to help you would be:
  1. Go to Graph View
  2. Bring up the graph you wish to export
  3. Set the 'from' and 'to' to be midnight to midnight.
  4. Click on the cog icon next to the graph (you'll see a list of all the data)
  5. Click on the tools icon next to the graph
This will give you the command used to generate the graph. You can modify that basic template but use the export or rrdxport command instead taking some of those parameters:
