Wrong data in Outbound / Inbound values

Hi all,

Team, I need your help or comments our customer is complain about this issue that we are presenting in cacti.

As you can see in the attached file we see a irregular situacion in Outbound Maximum part and also in Outbound Total. If you see the picture Out Max is the same value for Inb Max and the Total Out is in 0.

Can you tell why those values are the same and the Tatal outbound is 0??
