SNMP - Generic OID Template graph problem with m and u

Post by HarijsK »

Writing here hoping someone with experience can just point me in the right direction. Spent some time on google, without no success.

I have a device which provides data on a specific OID, the data is String, but contains only positive round increasing number.
Graph is made via "SNMP - Generic OID Template graph" with "Data Source Type [snmp_oid]" as COUNTER.

Code: Select all

this is the remote host, not the cacti server
snmpwalk -v2c -c public localhost 1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.1.3.2.4.1.2.4.84.69.84.83.1
iso.3.6.1.4.1.8072.1.3.2.4.1.2.4.84.69.84.83.1 = STRING: "15284"
The problem is - graph displays data with 0.xx m or even 0.xx u
