cacti dutch language bugs in 1.19 release

I have installed cacti 1.19 in centos6.9 environment my cacti is having some words in dutch language how can troubleshoot the bug

Not that it matters for the problem I think, but that isn't dutch. Looks more like russian to me.
Maintainer of cacti in Debian (and Ubuntu).
Cacti 1.* is now officially supported on Debian Stretch via Debian backports
