Thold autocreate graph thresholds v1.1

Looking for a way to auto create graph thresholds, I found an old php script that can do it from the shell but not sure if relevant with new version. Attached is php script (credit mia1dolfan)

Using in conjunction with interface status XMLs for up/down notifications on interfaces

Any help would be appreciated
