Is it possible to count specific graphics? 0.8.8h

Hello,
I'm using cacti to monitor cm modems in DOCSIS3.
Cacti shows on every DS SNR modem and I have a question whether it is possible to do graphics that would show how many% of DS modems have SNR in the range of 0-30 then 31-40 and over 40?

You will have to write plugin, but don't waste your time on 0.8x, it's done. Use 1.x
