Upgrade to 1.1.13 now only one graph will update

I upgraded from 0.8.8h to 1.1.13 to try fixing an alert issue, and now I am only getting one graph updating.

Poller has been updated to 1.1.13.

Clog only shows the following

2017/07/20 13:45:00 - SYSTEM STATS: Time:298.9645 Method:spine Processes:1 Threads:1 Hosts:115 HostsPerProcess:115 DataSources:2449 RRDsProcessed:1
2017/07/20 13:45:00 - POLLER: Poller[1] Maximum runtime of 298 seconds exceeded. Exiting.

Update.
I have found that any new devices will graph and work fine, but any existing equipment does not update the graphs.

Update 2.
If I change the poller to cmd.php the graphs start being changed. How to I check to make sure spine is working correctly?

Hi,

Was a solution found for this? I cant for the life of me understand why spine times out. I prefer Spine to CMD however graphs only populate when using CMD. Any help will truly be appreciated.
