Cacti 1.1.6 graphs dont work

I have installed a new copy of cacti 1.1.6, and the graphs just dont work.

I have permissions in all folders.
All rrd files are created in the folder.

The only graph that works is the realtime.

I searched in the forum the same problem and they solution dont worked for me.

Try to restart the server, I also encountered that problem and the restart solved the issue.
Make sure the httpd, mariadb and snmpd is enabled on startup.
