when i run cmd.php manualy i've the following error message.
I m under win2000 with apache1.3.26 mysql3.23.49 cacti0.6.8 php 4.2.1

I think it's a problem of path

Ah... an easy one

Create the directory:

c:\usr\mibs

And copy the contents of your 'mibs/' directory (located within PHP's directory) there.
