Windows Installer Cacti not graphing with RRDtool OK

Hello,

I have installed windows Installer for cacti 1.1.4 on windows 7/ 64 bit. I got the interface alright and the graph but no data on the graph.RRDtool say OK.
Please I need your help.Here are some logs that I don't understand:
