MACTrack Adding @16777216 to end of Community During Poll

Hey guys, super odd thing I noticed. I noticed I'm having a real hard time getting some devices to poll collect all info ( Cisco Switches ) such as MAC Address Table ( MACTrack MAC Address Tab Shows No Collected MAC Information. I ran a packet capture on the cacti server ( windows 2012 ) and noticed that when it was snmp-get some oid's it would add a trailing @16777216 to the end of my snmp community string ( resulting in such snmp-gets to fail / timeout ). Eventually after those gets that were using the wrong string , MACTrack would eventually start using the right string again and collect info. Sadly each time it attempts to get MAC Address Table OIDs , MACTrack for some reason adds the @16777216 at the end and I never collect MAC Address Table. Running Cacti Version 0.8.8h , MACTrack 3.0 , PA 3.1 , Net-SNMP 5.5.0 , MySql Server 5.6 and Php 5.6.14. Please any ideas ?
