Discovered devices(Server machines) showing SNMP down

Discovered devices(Server machines) showing SNMP down

ENVIRONMENT
OS = CENTOS 7
CACTI = cacti-1.1.2-1.el7

QUERY
I am able to see windows machines under Automation > Discovered devices but the SNMP is showing DOWN. Windows machines are configured to send SNMP information to CACTI.

I suspect that this problem here is between the keyboard and mouse. Though, it may be a configuration issue.
Before history, there was a paradise, now dust.
