Cannot view large graphs

I just upgraded my Cacti version from 0.8.8 to 1.1.2 and although thumbnails work for graphs, i cannot see the large graphs anymore. I am attaching two pictures to the post. First one is a shot of the graph when in "Thumbnail" mode and second is when I uncheck the box. I didn't have this issue when running version 0.8.8. I have read through most of the forum and I cannot find a solution to my problem. Cacti is running on a Windows 2012 box.

Make sure you are running RRDtool 1.3+ and running Cacti 1.1.3+

I am on RRDTool 1.4x and finally got the 1.1.3 upgrade installed (had some timezone issue). Still no large graphs. The thumbnails are working fine.

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue while using mobile web browser (Android or iPhone).
Cacti are on last version 1.1.4 (rrdtool 1.4). In fact worse than cacti 1.1.2.

I have lots of errors like this

I finally got my issue fixed. I went into php.ini and removed the semicolon for extension=php_mbstring.dll and now my graphs are working normally.

Hi all,

i have a similar problem in "Tree View" only. I uncheck the "Thumbnails-Checkbox" , but the graph is magnified incorrectly. It works in "List view" and "Preview". This problem is new in "Cacti 1.1.5" ! In "Cacti 1.1.4" is all fine.

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Cacti 1.1.5
RRDTool 1.5.5
