Update 1.0.3 to 1.0.5 SQL Error

Hello,

during upgrade of an 1.0.3 (which was successfully and easily upgraded from 0.8.7h btw) to the latest 1.0.5 I saw the following sql error:

DBCALL: ERROR: A DB Exec Failed!, Error:1062, SQL:"ALTER TABLE poller_reindex DROP PRIMARY KEY, ADD PRIMARY KEY (host_id, data_query_id)'
2017 Mar 13 16:08:32 hostname CMDPHP: ERROR: A DB Exec Failed!, Error: Duplicate entry '2096-1' for key 'PRIMARY'


I checked the table and her entries, removed the host referencing the id 2096 from the cacti, but the sql command now bails out another host. Any Ideas on howto proceed with this?

It's a corner case. Not sure it has any 'major' impact. How it happened is a mystery. It won't happen again though
