Grey Graph for interface Statistics. No error in Debug

Post by StingShadow »

Hello,

I am posting this subject because I have a problem in cacti with one host. I don't know if someone has ever encountered such problem, if you can help me, thanks a lot.

I have added a host and in the interface statistics, all the graphs are grey. all the debug are good. debug data queries are good also. Normally i graph with automn8 but here i tried to add the host manually and same results. Each time i delete and add the host same results.

The plugin realtime is also ok.

Do you have any advices or tracks to follow ?

Thank you very much.

The default setting for Interface graphs when getting no values is that the graph is grey.
So it seems that you don't receive any values for the interfaces. Without any more details of your instalation and logs nobody can help you.

Hello, I understand.

I found the problem. I had to increase the millisecond snmp polling on the device before timeout. with 1000 ms it is working.

Thank you,

Regards.
