Aerohive wireless template for ACSP neighbors

The acsp zip file contains a Cacti template to determine the number of neighbor AP radios or AP radio/SSID combinations per Aerohive AP. Tracking changes in the number of neighbors would be useful in situations such where the radio power ceilings were adjusted, radios were turned off in the network, radio channels and/or power were toggled between manual and automatic adjustment. Graphically viewing this information will reflect results of the changes. There is also a script included to pull counts outside of Cacti.
This was tested on Cacti 0.8.8.h on Centos 6.7.

The "cacti.exp" is not ok.
It returns always 1 for the two radios.
