upgrade from 1.0.1 to 1.0.4 issues

I completed the upgrade of cacti and spine from 1.0.1 to 1.0.4 and since I've completed the upgrade my cacti log is empty and no graphs are being generated. I deleted my devices and started from scratch and no rrd data is being generated.

Keep in mind when you perform the update as directed in the instruction you may need to correct the permissions for the /rra/ directory.

This has got me almost every upgrade.

Look at the rra directory and see if the permissions are root:root or www-data:www-data and if so you need to change that to match your poller.
