RHEL 7 server cacti graph is not showing

Hi Team ,

I have added the rhel7 server on cacti server via GUI. but no graph is showing for any of the parameter like (File system ,CPU and memory etc.)

When I have turn on the degub mode getting the below error . Any help on this really appreciate
