jquery-migrate.js:364 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.event.addProp is not a function
    at Object.jQuery.event.fix (jquery-migrate.js:364)

copied the js dir over to the install again and now I get this:

Code: Select all

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.unique is not a function
    at jQuery.fn.init.find (jquery.js:5734)
    at setDisabled (graphs.php:715)
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (graphs.php:774)
    at fire (jquery.js:3048)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:3160)
    at Function.ready (jquery.js:433)
    at HTMLDocument.completed (jquery.js:104)
I know someone said earlier this month that this was fixed, but it is obviously not fixed... at least not from the download on the main page.

Chrome works for me with the different themes (try the new dark, it's nice!). Do you have some kind of setting in Chrome which might be triggering this? Like a spam blocker, anti-JS stuff, et cetera?

Good luck

Maybe there is something specific to your installation, like a change you made, or specific environmental conditions which are making this issue show up?

I've run into a bunch of 1.0 issues that are only showing up under particular conditions that are related to my client's setup. In some cases, we are having to change what we were doing because the problem is on our side. In other cases, I've filed bug reports to see if the devs will change their side.

Good luck with your issue.

It may as well be a plugin in chrome that tampers the java script stuff. Another user in the forum reported the same issue and the root cause was a chrome plugin.

Try disabling the plugins ( I think the incognito mode does this as well ) and retry.

disabled 2 extensions (a pdf one and a yammer one) and it worked, turned them back on and it is still working. Weird.

I had the same exact problem when upgrading 0.8.8b+dfsg-8 -> 1.1.36+ds1-1
It also told me to upgrade to jquery 3 in the chrome javascript console, even when I already had it.
In another chrome brower (different profile), it works. In incognito, it worked too.
Fix was to delete my site cookies for cacti, they were just not compatible across this upgrade
