Query Question

Post by bhamacher »

I have a piece of equipment that I am getting most but not all of the interfaces when I query it. I am running cacti 0.8.8h and I have everything setup on a 5 minute poll. I have increased the SNMP timeout when querying this device but I am still not getting all of the interfaces pulled into Cacti to graph them. I have included a copy of the Data Query I am running on the device below.

Please see the setup I currently have in Cacti for this device. I am not sure what else I can do to get the remaining interfaces pulled into Cacti. Any help would be appreciated.

If I can provide any additional information to assist in troubleshooting this please let me know. I have looked around but I have not been able to locate a limit on the number of items or rows that the SNMP Interface query can support. I was curious if that was my problem because I have been stuck at 2409 rows for several weeks with no change.

Why are you limiting the Maximum OIDs per request to 1 ?

Even a 10 means it's way faster to retrieve the data then setting it to 1.

Try finding the optimal number by following this post:
