Re: CentOS 6.8. and ubuntu 14 graph
Not enough info. What data queries are you using? Is it a remote host? Is SNMP running on the host? Can you SNMP Walk the host and does it show data?

its remote host and running on different network. SNMP running on remote host(CentOS 6.
I can SNMPwalk to host (CentOS 6. and its showing DATA.
My cacti version is - 0.8.8b.
I am facing this problem for CentOS-6.8 and ubuntu-14 only.
I am using below SNMP veiw on Host in snmpd.conf file.
view systemview included .1.3.6
view systemview included .1.3.6.1.2.1
Cacti server showing proper graph for Host containing centOS6 and windows server.

Re: CentOS 6.8. and ubuntu 14 graph
That looks correct, so the question goes back to what do you mean by "But its not plotting graph of partitions"
Did you attempt to create the graphs? Are they not storing data or not displaying? Your not really telling us what is happening, we are just having to guess at random things until you give us enough info.

Re: CentOS 6.8. and ubuntu 14 graph
What does your Cacti log show for the polling of those datasources (in MEDIUM or HIGH mode). Is your polling running over the time limit? Are you using Boost?
