I am pretty new to cacti and I can't get a graph to work correctly because I think the data polled is not compatible with the graph. I did a debug on graph and it says information is all ok in relation to the RRDTool. I hear there is a way to trim results, but I have no clue what to do... Any help is much appreciated.
Here is the snmpwalk:
[root@localhost ~]# snmpwalk -v1 -c public 10.150.2.5 .1.3.6.1.4.1.2682.1.2.6.1.4
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2682.1.2.6.1.4.1 = STRING: "28DD9251050000C6#42.91 F"

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2682.1.2.6.1.4.3 = STRING: "30C2AF0F00000023#65.43 %"

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2682.1.2.6.1.4.5 = STRING: "30C2AF0F00000023#78.36 %"
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2682.1.2.6.1.4.6 = STRING: "30C2AF0F00000023#74.05 %"
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2682.1.2.6.1.4.7 = STRING: "30C2AF0F00000023#29.09 %"

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2682.1.2.6.1.4.10 = STRING: "286F8FA107000001#44.82 F"
The only data I want to use from results:
