Graphic on Cacti

Hello! Everybody; I'm new in Cacti; I need some advice to fix my problem I Read lots of advices and I saw tha I have to configure snmp but how I can do it on windows I saw that I have to dowload the active perl also to complement the snmp. But steal don´t appear the information from my graphics. I use windows 7.
