Background Graph color

Post by Johhan »

Hi cacti experts.

I would need your expertise on this.

I'm trying to put together a graph that shows up outdoor and indoor temperature and the state of the security system in background.

What I want to show, is the temperature difference when we are away from home and at home, to help tuning the HVAC of the house.

I'd love to have a color for armed and another color for disarmed. I have localized the OID already, they are returning true or false.

This part is easy, a GPRINT would do the job.

Question #1, how can I set an area for armed and an area for disarmed of a different color ?
Question #2, how can I fill the whole graph ? As this is a true or false, I don't want to use an autoscale that would influence the graph scale (values will be in C and will range from -40 to +40, yes, this is cold and hot, I live in Canada).

Thanks for your input !
