Threshold does not trigger

My thresholds wont't trigger. There is nothing in cacti's log and the debug log option is checked. Is it supposed to trigger as soon as the "Current" value is above the "High Threshold" option ?

Was having the exact same issue. The /thold/includes/polling.php uses an old function called split() that has been removed from php7. There are two places that call the old function, edit polling.php and replace the split with explode on lines 28 and 37.

That at least has thold running again for me.
