My friend said i should use curl to push php. how to use curl and how to get cacti data?

I have 3 servers. 1st server is monitoring server (using cacti). 2nd server was monitored by cacti. and 3rd server is web server.
I want to post 2nd server status or graphic on web server using cacti. Is it possible?
