Weathermap plugin not work smoothly

Hi Pro I'm the new Cacti
I setup cacti on Centos 7 and setup weathermap plugin 0.98.
I can create new map by editor, but I cannot change anything in new map.
Could you help me solve this one.

[*] which version of weathermap?
[*] what operating system?
[*] what exactly are you trying, and what actually happens? Do you get an error message? (What is it?) Is there an error in the Apache or Cacti logs? (what is it?)
