Problem with templates and graphs

Post by nox »

Hi all!

The problem is that part of our cacti graph and data templates "lost" their names for some reason. The names just disappeared, so these templates exist, but the field, where their names should be is empty (picture attached). So, how can we understand why it happened and prevent it in the future? And maybe can we somehow get their names back?

The next question is: I have a switch already installed in cacti, I installed a new interface in the switch, and wanted to add it in cacti with the 64-bit counter. But when I choose 64-bit type counter, this interface becomes gray, as if it is already added. I checked it in "graph management" - it absent there. At the same time, I can add it with the usual counter, or I can add new neighboring interfaces without any problems. Why can it happen?

Thank you in advance!

Any thoughts?
The problem happened with three another interfaces. They are in LAG, with LAG-interface there are no problems with 64-bit counters.
