No data graph for Cacti Advance Ping

Hi all,
I'm a new on this forum, before posting this I made some research about my issue but I can't find a result, so I hope someone will help me. My issue is that I dowloaded and imported Advance ping template without any issue, and with local network I can have graph, but when I try to graph external IPs as 8.8.8.8 or the IP of my ISP, no graph is displayed, enven though when I'm adding the device I have ping success.

I attached pictures for internal and external IPs. see what I get for external IPs.
