Monitor item is not aligned

Hello,
My Cacti System Environment :
OS: Oracle Linux (release-7.2-1.0.5.el7.x86_64)
Cacti version :0.8.8h
Templete : Linux Generic (http://docs.cacti.net/usertemplate:host:linux:generic)

When I check CPU and Memory chart,the monitor item is not aligned,like As the following picture,how can i fix this problem,thanks.
