Addressing Bulk servers with Thold

I am running Thold on my cacti server . I just installed Thold to monitor overuse usage of cpu's in my company .I want to know how can i use Thold to monitor the graphs for all my server boxes. Usually Thold monitors overs the data sources and provides alerts if the entry crosses threshold. but i want to use Thold for all the machines . How can i achieve this. Would be thankfull for your help .
