Export sites and import them into another server

Is there a way to export the sites from one Cacti server and merge them into an existing cacti server? If not, alternatively could we export the sites individually from the cacti server we plan to decommission and import those sites into the new one? The one caveat to this is, the server we are importing it to has a whole different list of items that it's monitoring. So essentially we are trying to merge the two servers into one.

The server is running on CentOS running cacti v0.8.7e
