SQL ISSUE and PHP Issue with MacTrac3

Post by PaulG77 »

I am currently running Cacti 8.8h with various plugins all working fine.

I downloaded MacTrack 3.0 plugin and have installed. Its installed fine, but I have various issues with it:

1st being poller error below:
CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed!, Error:'1064', SQL:"SELECT mac_track_sites.site_id, mac_track_sites.site_name, mac_track_sites.total_devices, mac_track_sites.total_device_errors, mac_track_sites.total_macs, mac_track_sites.total_ips, mac_track_sites.total_oper_ports, mac_track_sites.total_user_ports FROM mac_track_sites ORDER BY site_name ASC LIMIT 0

2nd being several link from the cacti console generate http 500 errors. I have had no other issues with this server running weather map, thold, monitor and nector. This Server also runs CES 3.3 (Centreon 2.7.4)
Specific links are, the macktrack tab across the top and snmp options( Under device tracking - mactrack_snmp.php)

server is running centos 6.7.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have disabled the plugin and uninstalled it. Confirmed plugin removal from /cacti/plugins.

I have then downloaded a fresh copy from git hub and installed. Tried adding a device as before and same errors.

1st being poller error below:
CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed!, Error:'1064', SQL:"SELECT mac_track_sites.site_id, mac_track_sites.site_name, mac_track_sites.total_devices, mac_track_sites.total_device_errors, mac_track_sites.total_macs, mac_track_sites.total_ips, mac_track_sites.total_oper_ports, mac_track_sites.total_user_ports FROM mac_track_sites ORDER BY site_name ASC LIMIT 0

Also now getting:
CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Assoc Failed!, Error:'1054', SQL:"SELECT last_rundate, COUNT(last_rundate) AS devices FROM mac_track_devices WHERE disabled = '' AND site_id=Sitexx GROUP BY last_rundate ORDER BY last_rundate DESC;"

I have installed phpmyadmin and browsed the tables, found the last rundate description is "WARNING: Device Type Not Found in Device Type Table."

Issue 2:

Still getting http 500 issues on 2 specific links. I did wonder if it was to do with the JSON extension for php as both mactrack tab and mactrack_snmp has .js extensions. I disabled it and found phpmyadmin complained it was running. So renabled it.

Yes I was clutching at straws!

Any help really would be appreciated. I am so close to this working and its very frustrating...

Kind regards,

Paul
